La Jolla Bird Rock Aerial Panorama
The Bird Rock region of La Jolla is a rocky stretch of beach lined with million-dollar homes and a few small, quiet parks and vista points. There is very little to see from an automobile because houses block most of the view from the street; but a short walk to one of the parks or vistas will reward visitors with a spectacular view of the beautiful houses overlooking the many reefs and small coves of the rugged shoreline.

This low altitude aerial view of Bird Rock was created from 20 individual photos to piece together a 200 megapixel image. At 300DPI it prints 80"x20". On this day of a full moon, there was an extreme low tide revealing a lot of the rocks that would normally be underwater. At you can actually see the buildings of Downtown San Diego.

I have a great print available online for a special price of only $50. It is an archival print 12x36" printed on professional Fuji Crystal Archive paper. It is a standard size which makes finding an affordable frame much easier. This kind of print is meant to last in your family for many generations. Every little bit helps me to finance those helicopter rides that I need in order to continue making awesome aerial views of San Diego.
